How to upgrade system firmware?

Most of our devices support to be upgraded by installing firmware package, detailed steps are as below:

①Visit official website, click “Service & Support” available in navigation bar;

②Enter device model in search box (Device model can be found from package or appearance of the device);

③Download Firmware and Guidance document, follow the steps on it.

Some models cannot be upgraded through installing firmware package, please consult engineers for more details.
