UTi120M and UTi120MS are only differ in connection interface design and accessories, their specifications and functions are the same.
Connection interface: UTi120M adapts Type-C USB design, and UTi120MS adapts Lightning interface design.
Accessories: UTi120M has a Micro USB adapter, which is not available for UTi120MS.
